Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Digital Downloads/ Products are non-refundable.

No refunds on raffle or contest entries! By purchasing raffle tickets you are agreeing to the contest rules. No refunds will be given if you are not the winner. 

Marketing Packages and other Packages come with Revisions. A refund will NOT be given; except if there is an error or fault on our end; i.e. Delivering the Wrong work, unable to complete a task efficiently or as described when purchasing. If a customer is truly dissatisfied, discounts, partial refunds, may be discussed.

Shop Items: If item is delivered broken, or incorrect, wrong size, damaged, only then can a refund can be requested. Email us at sales@authorbmhardin.com with your issue to discuss refund and return options. Only if it is an error on our end will the items be refunded.

Autographed Paperbacks: No refunds because the books are addressed to readers/purchasers.
