Every package includes revisions to ensure you receive polished, professional work.
Refunds are only issued in cases where the error is on our end — such as delivering the incorrect project or being unable to complete the service as originally described.

Physical Shop Items (Books, Journals, Merch)
Due to ongoing health and safety considerations, physical items can only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective.
